Muneeb Hermans

Muneeb Hermans is a trumpeter from South Africa.

He was born in Cape Town and started his career at the Cape Minstrel fraternity. Herman studied jazz Performance at the University of Cape Town. He plays regularly on the Cape Town jazz scene and has internationally performed in the UK, France, China, Seychelles, Spain and the US. Hermans has recorded on Sean Sanby’s 2020 Mzansi Jazz Award nomination album called ‘Out of The Candlelight’. He is also a 2020 award recipient for the virtual National Arts Festival in Makhanda.
